The highest quality manufacturing methods are used to produce our floor racks. Steel mesh, legs, and framework are welded to specifications. Then a minimum 1/8" thick PVC coating is applied and cured all the way through, rather than just on the outside, for highest durability. The coating contains antimicrobial agents to kill germs, is easy to clean, and resistant to chewing. Custom sizes and designs are available. Choose taller legs for cage drying applications or heavier construction of steel mesh and framework for dog run applications where staff will be standing on the racks.

New Polypropylene Floor Rack
Made out of extremely durable Polypropylene. Polypropylene is lightweight, yet has superior strength to other plastics. It is used for large molded parts in the automotive industry.
It has a sealed surface that serves as a barrier to moisture and helps prevent bacteria from forming.
Resistant to chemicals, grease and oil. Available in a standard depth of 27-3/4 inches that will accommodate most laminate and stainless steel cages.
The width of 33-1/2 inches can be custom cut to fit nearly any cage. The height is 1-1/4 inches.
